Deliverables
With Norgen's RNA Isolation Service, the purified RNA samples will be shipped to you on dry ice. A Certification of Analysis is provided with each sample preparation, which includes information on the yield and concentration of the RNA, as well as details on the integrity of the purified RNA. Confirmation of RNA concentration is performed using a Nanodrop spectrophotometer and RNA quality is assessed using an Agilent 2100 BioAnalyzer with a RNA 6000 Nanochip.
