Norgen’s RNA/DNA/Protein Purification Kit will enable scientists to isolate total RNA, genomic DNA, and proteins simultaneously from a single sample using one column, without additional supplementary protocols or acetone precipitation of proteins. Scientists will not need to divide their initial sample or lysate, and will efficiently obtain the three macromolecules in less than 30 minutes. This kit is useful for the characterization of precious samples such as needle biopsies and cell line foci, as well as for pathogen detection.

The kit is designed for the rapid processing of small volumes of sample, yet is sensitive enough to yield sufficient protein, RNA and gDNA for downstream applications. The resulting genomic DNA is of high molecular weight and is suitable for any application, including PCR amplifications and hybridization techniques such as Southern blot. The RNA purified in this kit is of an excellent quality and well suited for RT-PCR, Real-Time PCR, cDNA synthesis, Northern blots and more. The proteins concentrated using this kit are suitable for gel electrophoresis, Western Blots and Dot blots.
